I was pleasantly surprised by the room size, which was actually quite roomy despite expectations of small rooms. However, the extra bed made it feel cramped. The service was a mix – some staff were rude and indifferent, likely due to hotel policy, but there was also a focus on catering to tour groups and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The location was great for exploring Canal City and its surrounding attractions, though public transportation might lead to confusion. The dining experience had an excellent variety of Asian cuisines, but lacked options for Western dishes. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money considering its facilities and amenities.
